What is an autoimmune disease?
This is a condition where the autoimmune system instead of protecting the body, it

When the autoimmune system works against the body, other systems are also affected and
organs such as the thyroid gland, digestion, skin inflammations and joint problems.

At times when we are not consuming pure nutritious organic food. in moments
in which instead of fresh juices we drink shop dyes, foods full of preservatives and
vegetables full of pesticides.

“relaxation and comfort” for the body.
When sugar is present 3 times per daily meal and instead of a walk or sports,

The attacks when we want to express our emotion, but instead we “swallow” it and
we suppress in order to be well received. And when we want to say NO, we say YES.
When inside our soul we want one thing, we long for attention, affection, support.
And on the outside we are terminator-equipped and ready to fight.

When we satisfy the needs of the body with useful, nutritious food, with which not
experience hunger at the CELLULAR level.
When we satisfy our soul’s need for normal human needs, then
the immune system will no longer attack our body because we will not be under attack
with ourselves 🙂
