1. Tomato soup with macaroni:
Ingredients:
6-8 diced tomatoes
100 grams of macaroni (choose your favorite type)
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 carrots, diced
2 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the onion until soft.
Add the carrots and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
Add the tomatoes and simmer over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes until cooked and soft.
Add the pasta and continue to cook until done according to package directions.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Soup with chicken and vegetables: Chicken, carrots, potatoes, leeks, olive oil
Ingredients:
400 grams of chicken, cut into cubes
2 carrots, diced
2 potatoes, diced
1 head of leek, finely chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken until golden.
Add the chopped vegetables and continue to cook for about 10 minutes until they are soft.
Add enough water to cover the vegetables and chicken and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer the soup for about 20-25 minutes, until the vegetables are done and the chicken is tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot
3. Chili soup with minced meat: Minced meat, red beans, tomatoes, red pepper, cayenne pepper.
Ingredients:
400 grams of minced meat
1 cup red kidney beans, drained
4 diced tomatoes
1 red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the minced meat until golden.
Add the red pepper and cayenne and continue to cook for a few minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes and red beans and simmer on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Celery cream soup: Celery, potatoes, onions, olive oil, broth.
Cream of Celery Soup:
Ingredients:
4-5 stalks of celery, cut into pieces
2 potatoes, diced
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 liter of broth
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the onion until soft.
Add the celery and potatoes and continue to cook for a few minutes.
Add the stock and bring to a boil.
Boil the soup for about 20-25 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
Use a blender to make the soup creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
5. Coconut Milk and Curry Soup: Coconut milk, curry, zucchini, chicken, lemon juice.
Ingredients:
400 ml of coconut milk
2 tbsp. curry
2 zucchini, cut into cubes
300 grams of chicken, cut into pieces
The juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
Heat the coconut milk in a large pot and add the curry.
Add the chicken and zucchini and simmer over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes.
Add the lemon juice and mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
