A sample menu for a day of dietary and delicious food
Coconut candy
Coconut flour, ground nuts, coconut sugar, orange peel, cinnamon, coconut oil, dried fruit. Mix everything until a homogeneous mixture. Form balls that you dip in coconut shavings.
Kale salad
Cooked quinoa – black and white Cauliflower on mashed potatoes with roasted kale on top
Cocoa pancakes
Raw cacao, banana, nut milk and 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons coconut flour or Husk bran. Mix and bake with coconut oil in a pan.
Chia pudding
In a glass of nut milk, add 50g of chia, pear or banana and 1 tsp. tahini or peanut butter. Leave for a few hours in the refrigerator.
Buckwheat with okra and pear
Boil buckwheat 1 bowl, add boiled okra and arrange with pear.
Breakfast omelet with protein bread and cream cheese
3 eggs, 1 pickle, 1 slice of protein bread and cream cheese, 50g of baby spinach.
Oatmeal breakfast
You soak gluten-free overnight oats in nut milk.
Lentils and salad
You boil French lentils and while they are still warm, you shape them into a cube. Cut tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, lettuce and add as a side dish
Beef with quinoa and asparagus
Boil the beef, quinoa and asparagus separately. Add them and cover with the beef sauce. Add salt and spices.
Cream of mushroom soup
Boil 500g of mushrooms, 2 potatoes and a little cream or cream cheese. Add salt, spices and puree.
