Emotional burden – an obstacle to losing weight

Maybe you’ve wanted to lose weight, but to no avail, despite

the efforts.

Being “stuck” in the vicious circle of emotional pain and the desire to get off

kilos. Or being on a diet for a while, having results, but never

not being able to relax into your body and feel comfortable.

If you don’t have medical problems (which are caused by

emotional ) so the problem with the inability to lose weight is a lot

deeper, embedded in the cells and muscles of the body. The emotional memory of

the body may linger for years after the event itself.

Like, for example, in childhood, if you had violence or aggression, if you

experienced traumatic events that at some point always find a way to

sneak in and come out into the light.

Feelings like fear, anger, and shame can get locked up in the pelvic muscles, and they do

creates a wider hip.

Sadness and sorrow are closed in the heart and throat, there unlock problems with

cardiovascular system and Thyroid gland, abdomen is formed.

The hips hold fear and an inability to move forward by letting go

the past related to parents or family / relationships.

The upper body is formed by constant struggle, control and the sense of

survival in battle.
